Orders may be canceled within 30 days of purchase by informing us in writing. If an item/product was purchased, the deadline for canceling the order is 30 days from the date in which you received the item/product or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, is given the item/product. Please note donations and scholarships are non-refundable. Event tickets are not refundable if the event is within 7 days or has already passed. To request a return/refund please follow the following steps:

- Reimbursement will occur within 14 days from the day your request is received.
- Your reimbursement will be provided by check and will not include credit card fees.
