Please note donations and scholarships are non-refundable. Event tickets are not refundable if the event is within 14 days or has already passed.
Orders of goods may be canceled within 30 days of purchase by informing us in writing. If an item/product was purchased, the deadline for canceling the order is 30 days from the date in which you received the item/product or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, is given the item/product.

- Reimbursement will occur within 14 days from the day your request is received.
- Your reimbursement will be provided by check and will not include credit card fees.
